What the Heck is a Disney Vault?

My day started off wonderfully. I woke up and had breakfast with my hubs, and then I went on a 5 mile walk, listening to only Disney music! Oh what joy! Just thought I'd share that with you, since I know you're dying to know what's on my ipod playlist :)

For all of you who lost sleep over Leia's incident yesterday, she is just fine :) I gave her another half of a benadryl before bed last night and she slept like a yittle baby girl. No more puffiness this morning, praise Jesus! The only thing that happened was that she threw up at some point when I was at a daycare this morning. I came home to a little puddle of muck on the ground. Oh well. She seems fine I guess. So she is all better!

Attitude Adjustment:

I like being me! Remember a few weeks ago when I blogged about my frustrations with boredom? Well, the other day, I was cooking and cleaning and playing with Leia and working out and finding new recipes, and I really enjoyed that! I'm FINE with having a part time job. At least I HAVE a job! And I even love my job! Sure, I worked my ever loving tail off at school to be the best early childhood teacher that walked the face of this earth...but by golly! I'm going to use what I learned in getting that degree to be the best stinkin' Kindermusik teacher out there! How's that for an attitude adjustment?! And you know what? I'm fine being a part-time, stay-at-home wife too. If I weren't home, who'd do the laundry and cook dinner and keep our house clean? Not Leia. Anyhoo. One day, I'd still love to have a classroom of my own, but for now, I LOVE MY LIFE! I really do. Being a housewife is fun! See...look at me! I'm a Tennessee Betty Crocker! Apron and all!:

What and Where in the Heck is the Daggum Disney Vault???:

Over the years, I've heard from time to time about this mysterious Disney Vault? Does it really exist? Is there really stuff in it or is it just a decoration like this above picture? When movies go "back into the Disney vault", do they really put all of the extra movies in there? I'm so confused at this concept! Anyhoo, a few years back, I really wanted to buy "Beauty and the Beast" on DVD. I have it on VHS, but we all know that the VHS is a thing of the past. So I looked high and low, near and far for that stinkin' movie. It's my favorite! I have to have it! The only place I could find the movie was on Amazon for like $40. Okay, I don't love it THAT much! Anyways, I still want the movie and supposedly it's just been sitting in this stupid Disney vault all this time! Well. Guess what? It's coming out of the vault!!!
I'm FINALLY going to own this movie on DVD! I don't care if I have to get it before my birthday (which is November 28th, by the way), because I am going to own it no matter what! So excited! Am I 5 years old or what?! No judging! You know you're excited too!

So anyway...A week from right now, I'll be in Tulsa with my family for Angela's wedding! Woooo hooooo! So excited! She'll be a married woman so so soon and I can't wait!
