Just Another Manic Monday

Mondays come too soon. Don't cha think? I enjoy my weekends so much because I have Jamie home and we usually have fun plans. Now it's Monday. Another day. Another week.

Great start to the day! I had Kindermusik at this phenomenal day care. If Jamie and I have kids while we're still in Memphis, and I have to be a workin' mama, then our kids will most definitely go to Bright Ideas! A Children's Place. Oh it's phenomenal! The facility is beautiful! The people are delightful! The parents are lovely! It's an excellent program!

Back to the Store...

I went to Kroger.

I bought a gallon of milk.

I got home.

I opened the car door.

The milk spilled all over the ground.

Stellar.

Back to the store.

Sick as a Dog:

Okay, I wouldn't go as far as saying that I'm "sick as a dog", but I still don't feel too grand. I had the worst sinus head ache yesterday and had snot out the wazoo! Attractive, huh? So, I took some Tylenol PM last night. And praise Jesus, I slept like a baby!! Today, I'm cleaning and taking it easy. Hopefully this gunk leaves my body soon!
(I don't' care about comics, but those popsicles better be the chocolate fudge popsicles and instead of comics, I'd like a pedicure. Thank you!)

Cleaning Mondays:

You know what else is good for on Mondays? Cleaning. I have a rule that I don't clean on weekends unless we have company over. I don't make the bed. I don't pick things up. I don't do dishes. That stuff takes up too much time. And I'd rather spend my time with Jamie on weekends. So my Mondays always consist of cleaning. So I've got a load of laundry in the washer and another load in the dryer. The dishwasher is running. I'm gonna finish this little blogster and get to cleaning. This house will look lovely for my cute hubby when he gets home :)
Great News Part 1:

Glee starts tomorrow! Praise! I can't wait to see all these cute faces singing their hearts out for season 2! Woo hoo!!!!
Great News Part 2:

Fall starts on Wednesday! I'm already decorated, but now I just need to drink some pumpkin spice lattes, make a pumpkin roll and carve a pumpkin! Yessss!!!!

Date Night:

Last night, Jamie and I went to Huey's for dinner and then headed to Yolos for frozen yogurt! I wasn't feeling too stellar, so I just had potato soup and a few fries that Jamie and I split. But then we got frozen yogurt! That makes everything better! I got Chocolate, Vanilla, Cookies and Cream, and Birthday Cake frozen yogurt. I forgot all my toppings because there were so many :) this was a good and bad thing that there is a frozen yogurt place like Orange Leaf here in Memphis. But it's oh so amazing!!

I LOVE FROZEN YOGURT!!!

Church:

I love our church! I just love it so much! I love our Bible Fellowship (Sunday School) Class and I love our pastor and just the whole Bellevue community! I feel so blessed to be there! Yesterday in big church, Brother Gaines preached on Repentance. What a great reminder it was to remember to repent our sins each and every day. Repentance is talked about all throughout scripture and that is what Brother Gaines talks about. Please listen to his sermon sometime this week, because it really was powerful. Scripture is powerful. God's word is powerful. God is powerful. Listen to it here.

Plan for the Day:

My plan for the day is to blow my nose a lot. Sit outside and read a few chapters of The Help. Finish laundry. Clean the house. Figure out what I'm doing in K-Musik tomorrow. Eat a banana. Go on a walk with Emily at Shelby Farms. Make orange glazed pork stir fry for dinner. Yum. Dream about Glee. Dream about Fall weather. Play with my goggie. And that's it.
