All my bags are packed...

...I'm ready to go...

...to the BAHAMAS!!!!! We're headed to the Atlantis today to meet Jamie's family. They got there yesterday, so we're meeting them there in a matter of hours! Can't wait for this little vacation. Much needed.

It is currently 4:42 in the A. M. I've been up since 2:45 doing pilates, shaving my legs, and getting all set and ready. All before the great big Grizzly Bear awakens!! Any time we travel, Jamie goes into full on stress mode until we reach our final destination. So I like to be FULLY ready way before he even wakes up.

I may look sleepy, but I'm ready:

My purse/carry-on is ready:
Thank you, Vera Bradley for providing my travel bags! I've got my purse (that I got for my Honeymoon the day of my wedding), my Kindle, phone, camera and that's about it :) I think my plane ride to the Bahamas is complete.

And my suitcase:
That's also a carry-on might I add. I used to be an Ervin. And Ervin would have packed 6 outfits per day, but I packed exactly what I needed! That's the Schoenthaler way! (I secretly wanted to pack like an Ervin, but I gotta please my hubby, ya know.)

In this bag I've got:

• A workout outfit for each day
• An "evening outfit" for dinner each night
• One pair of PJ's
• "Under items"
• One pair of running shoes
• 3 swimsuits
• 2 sandals
• I'm wearing my chacos

And I think that's it! And I can guarantee that I'll wear every item in that bag :) So proud of my new self!

Alrighty. Big Hubby Bear is awake and it's 4:54. We must leave this apartment no later than 5:00 for our 6:18 flight. Thankfully, we live approximately 7 minutes away from the airport and it takes around 3 seconds to get through security. I'm tellin' you...Lafayette is unbelievably laid back :)

I'm watching Saved by the Bell while waiting for Jamie to get ready (praise Jesus this show finally on Netflix!!!) and it's the episode where they do the dance-off with Casey Kasem. Classic.
