Baby, You're a Firework!

You know what the best part about that calendar page is? The "F" word on there. FRIDAY!!! Yes, it's short week #2, but it was a long, tough week! I think some of my kids wake up most mornings and think to themselves, "How can I drive Miss Abby into the ground? What can I do to make her rip her toenails out one by one? How can I act in order for her to want to take up smoking?!" I'm not kidding! This week, they were in full hellion mode! I had a long talk with my boss about how to change this. So in the next few weeks, I am totally changing that classroom! I'm rearranging it! I'm going to have a communication notebook for each child for their parents to read everyday and respond to me. I'm going to have a notebook for the child to be responsible for that has all kinds of information in it. I've had parents as for homework (What?!?! They're 4!!!) So I'll be implementing little homework activities.....ooo buddy I'm ready! Bring it on, children! I dare you to mess with Miss Abby now!!! Mwaahahahahaha!

Sweet Princess:
Guess what? I'm going to let this wild thing loose today. No cage. Free at last. A few months ago, we tried letting her out of her cage while we were gone. It worked for about a week and then this happened. Remember that? Ooooo I was so heated about that! I gave her an inch, and she took a mile and got ink all over the carpet! Little jerk! Well, I HATE that Jamie and I are gone all day and she is locked up for so long. The other day, I let her out of her cage before I left for work and came home during my break around 2:30. Nothing. Perfect. Clean. No ink. I was so proud! So...I'm going to try to let her out ALL day! TRUST me, my house is in impeccable shape right now! There is NOTHING she could possibly get...at least I don't think. I'll let you know how it goes. Please pray :)

Sweater dress, scarf, thick leggins and UGGS. Perfect! It's the 3rd time I've worn an outfit like this all week and it's my favorite! If you don't own any of these items, leave NOW and go get it! Just go to Wally World Or Tarshay! You won't regret it! It's comfy, warm and perfect :)

I absolutely adore Katy Perry, and I love this song! She is beautiful and has such a unique and powerful voice! And this is one of my new favorite videos. It's about finding your "inner firework" and finding confidence within yourself. Remember last week, I wrote about not comparing yourself? Well, this song is an encouraging song for you to be confident in who you are, and to shine and burst out your pride like a firework! Watch this video and be encouraged!
