Soooooo Sore!!

So. Here's the thing. I can't move. I haven't been this sore in a long time. I can't move my legs. My booty is in great pain. I'm walking like I've got a dump in my pants. Ahhhh! It hurts. Tuesday evening, I was doing a Nike Training workout on my phone. It was a 15 minute leg workout that was all side lunges, around the world lunges, squats, ski jumps and more. I could hardly finish. I was DYING!

Yesterday morning, I fought the soreness and went to a kickboxing class. Oh, it was killer. I think David, the teacher, woke up and thought, "Hmm...I bet Abby's really sore. I'm going to KILL her today!!! Muahahahahah! (evil laugh)". Starting yesterday afternoon, I felt it. My body changing....slash....aching! Oooo buddy it was aching like I haven't felt an ache!
But really. Kickboxing is the best workout I've ever had! I'm going to keep it up for the next couple months! I love this class!

I'd really like to look like that gal and have those rippin' abs! Honestly, I'm trying to shed about 15 pounds and I'm bound and determined to do it by the end of the summer! Killer diet and workout! Bring it on!!

This morning. I can't move. Like really. It killed to get out of bed. It hurts to sit down. It hurts to stand up. It hurts to think. And blink. I was going to wake up and do some pilates. No go. I can't move. Seriously. I need to rest for a while today. A long while. But guess what? That ain't hap'nin'! I've got a field trip with my class today. We're going to our sister school to do a field day with their class! Oh I'm going to die!! Hopefully I de-sore and start feeling mobile. Hopefully.

Anyhoo. Enough of my whining. I actually like this feeling. It means my body is changing and is ready for me to step it up. I'M ready for me to step it up! I need to. Desperately!
