Coming February 2013....

BABY SCHOENTHALER!!!!

That's right, folks! Leia Lu is getting a little sister, and Jamie and I are going to have a sweet baby girl! I am almost 16 weeks pregnant and feeling absolutely delighted at the little miracle growing inside of my tummy. 

We found out we were preggers on June 10th, and I have been so good at keeping my mouth shut all this time. We told our parents that they were going to be Grandparents about a month ago, and they have been faithful to our wishes to keep hush hush until we were ready to announce the news of Baby Scho. 

Today, we went in for a routine check up and right before I left, I asked our Doctor (whom I adore!) about when we'd know if we're having a boy or a girl. She said, "Well, let's just go ahead and see if we can tell today!" Hecks yes! 

We went into the Ultrasound room and the lady started to use her magic wand to see what she could see. She double and triple checked with us to see if we really wanted to find out the sex, and we really wanted to know! No doubt about it! 

Within seconds she said, "It's a girl!" I gasped and giggled and then wept. I wept a lot. You guys, seeing that little baby dance around on that ultrasound screen is purely miraculous. I just marveled at our little girl's movements, and just couldn't believe that little avocado-sized punkin' had that many features on her little body already! 

10 little fingers. 10 little toes. A perfect spine. A cute little nose. Legs and feet and hands. Ah, she is just perfect! She was even trying to suck her yittle thumb while we were watching her. I melt. 

I love my sweet angel already and cannot wait to meet her in February. I ask that you all join me and Jamie in prayer for our little miracle. Pray for a healthy baby girl and a full and fine pregnancy. Thank you so much for your excitement and prayers! We appreciate them more than you know.
