Freaky Friday!

Happy Friday before Halloween, everybody!!!

Have I mentioned that I LOVE Halloween? I love the silly Halloween movies for kids. I love the pumpkins. I love the food. I love the candy. I love the festive decorations. I love the trick-or-treaters that come by. I love the excitement. I love the colors. I love the parties. I just love it all! Halloween is another reason why Fall is the best season ever!

Our neighborhood gets really into Halloween. Lots of houses have really fantastic and fun decorations like this one...
I just found that picture online, but really, lots of houses in our 'hood have really great decorations! Some of them I could pass on because they're too spooky. I'm not too into scary stuff like goblins and ghosts and skeletons and zombies and vampires and blood. I like the silly ghosts like Casper and the smiling pumpkins and the goofy skeletons and the good witches like Elphaba and Glinda. :)

Right now I'm watching this movie...
Such a cute movie! I remember not being allowed to watch it when I was little because it talked about witches. About that...if you are a mommy, please be careful with what you allow your kids to watch as far as Halloween movies go. Guard their little eyes and they're young hearts. I know I'm not a mommy yet (and that won't happen for a while), but just be aware of what your babies are watching on TV with all the spooktacular shows that are on right now. And if you're just an adult, stay away from those scary movies that talk about demons and paranormal stuff...Satan is alive and real, y'all! Not something to joke about or enjoy for entertainment. DO NOT allow him to come into your life and your mind through a movie. Stick with Casper and the Olsen twins.

Today, one of my kids that I teach was dressed as a computer virus! Oh he was such a HOOT! I'll have to post a picture. Other costumes I saw at school today were Shaggy from Scooby Doo, Dorothy from Wizard of Oz, witches, princesses, Spider Man, Ironman, a cat, a pumpkin and more. I love kids all dressed up! Too cute! My dog-child, Leia Lu, will probably be a hot dog again this year, because she can fit in the costume this year :) I'll have to find something festive to wear to pass out candy on Sunday. So pumped!

Funny Video Friday:
Haven't had one of these in a while. This one is BEYOND hilarious! It's the little things in life that make us smile, right? Enjoy!

I hope you guys have a fabulous Friday and cozy up with your loved one (if you have one) and enjoy this cooler weather! Jamie and I are headed to Soulmate at Bellevue tonight. I'm pretty stoked! Tell you about it tomorrow!

Love love love!
